February 5-9 is National School Counselor Appreciation Week. We love our Counselors! Did you know in the past they were called guidance counselors? But not anymore. That’s because a school counselor does so much more. Their job is to help you develop the skills to be successful in school and life, including academics, social-emotional learning, and life readiness. When everyone in the school and our community understands what school counselors do, your counselor can better help you succeed! Your counselors hope for you is that you feel successful here at Southeast, and that you learn all the skills you need to reach your goals in life. They are here for you every day! Thank you for celebrating National School Counseling Week with us.

Stop in the Counseling Center today to say “Thank You” to our counselors today. We are grateful for them this week and every week!
