Graduates Returning & Retrieving Items at School

As the school year comes to a close, we want to provide our graduating senior students and students not returning to Southeast High School the opportunity to come to school to return any LPS items they have at home and to retrieve their personal belongings.  Lincoln Public Schools has compiled a checklist for your convenience.  

Students in 9th, 10th, and 11th grades, as well as siblings of seniors, will not be participating in the return and retrieve plan. These students will get their belongings at another time when safety precautions are lessened. 

Return & Retrieve Dates:  Tuesday, May 19 and Wednesday, May 20

To minimize the number of people gathering at one time, we will follow the schedule below. If you are not able to come at your assigned time, please contact your student’s administrator

Tuesday, May 19

9:00 am -11:00  am (Last Name A-C)

12:00 - 2:00 pm (Last name D-K)

Wednesday, May 20

9:00 am -11:00  am (Last Name L-P)

12:00 - 2:00 pm (Last name Q-Z)

Senior Return List

This return and retrieve process will be drive-through only.  

Cap and Gown: We have worked out an arrangement with Lincoln Graduation that will allow graduating seniors who pre-ordered and paid for their graduation cap and gown to pick up those items at Southeast High School. This will be at the same time they are dropping off their Chromebooks and retrieving their personal items. If you have any questions about your order, or you need to make arrangements to order a cap and gown, please contact Lincoln Graduation at (402) 937-0812.

Graduation:  Just a reminder, we are planning a July 26 graduation (either in person or virtually dependent on current health directives) for Lincoln’s six public high schools. More information will be announced in June when we have a clear picture from local health officials.

YearbooksGraduating seniors and students not returning to LSE can pick up their yearbooks during the times listed above.  Yearbooks are sold out and none will be for sale during this time. If you are a senior and unsure if you purchased a yearbook or if you did not purchase a yearbook and would like to order one as part of a special reorder, you have until May 27 to contact our yearbook sponsor, Kelsey Sejkora by emailing her at ksejkora@lps.org.  The purchase price of a yearbook is $65.
