Chromebook Return Plan

Dear LSE Families, 

Next school year, students returning to Southeast High School will be re-issued the same Chromebook they were issued this year. A plan has been developed for students to check in their device immediately at the end of their 5th period class final exam on Thursday, May 23, 2019. When students return in the fall, students will return to the same classroom to pick up the same device. Please look for more information in our summer mailings about how students will check out their same device when school begins in August.

The last final exam period (5th period class) has been extended to allow time for the Chromebook check-in process. The final exam schedule can be found by clicking here. Students who do not have a 5th period class will return their Chromebook and components to the LSE Library.

To avoid fines for missing components, students are asked to bring the charger (2 pieces), the bag/carrying case, and the Chromebook that was issued to them at the beginning of the year with them on May 23. Students are not to take Chromebooks home with them for the summer. Students who do not check-in their Chromebook at the end of the school year will be fined for the entire amount of the Chromebook.

Students who are enrolled in LPS summer school will be issued a different Chromebook on the first day of summer school and will return that device on the last day of summer school.
